Program Overview

We are offering a referral program where current clients can refer new clients to us in exchange for a reward. This program aims to reward loyal clients for promoting Blaze Media’s services and helping expand our network of businesses.

How It Works

1. Eligibility:

• The referrer must be an existing Blaze Media client with an active or completed project.
• The referred client must be a new customer who has never used Blaze Media’s services before.

2. Referral Process:

• Referrer provides the contact information of the person they’re referring (name, email, business name) via email.
• The referred client must mention the referrer’s name during the initial consultation or in communication with Blaze Media.

3. Qualifying Referral:

• The referred client must sign a contract for website design services with Blaze Media and make their first payment.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make.

4. Reward Structure:
For the Referrer:

• For every successful referral (i.e., once the referred client signs a contract and makes a payment), the referrer will receive a credit reward of $120 in their account.
• The referrer will receive credit on current or future Blaze Media services

For the Referred Client:

• The referred client will receive a 10% discount on their first website package.

5. Payment Terms:

• Payments to the referrer will be made within 30 days after the referred client’s payment is confirmed.
• If the referred client cancels the contract or requests a refund, the referrer will not receive the reward.

6. Referral Tracking:

• Blaze Media will track referrals through an internal referral system.
• Both the referrer and the referred client will be notified via email once the referral is confirmed.

7. Program Limitations:

• Referrals must be made within the referrer’s immediate professional or personal network (no public online postings, spam, cold calling, etc.).
• Discounts are not stackable. If conflict, the highest discount will apply.
• Blaze Media reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
• The referral reward applies only to new clients who sign a website design contract worth at least $1,000.
